At Thesilkco, we take pride in the quality of every piece we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags must be attached and packaging intact
- Items must not have been altered, tailored, or customised
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customised or made-to-order pieces
- Intimate apparel or accessories for hygiene reasons
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us — Email us at thesilkco1122@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Await Confirmation — Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
- Pack Your Item — Securely repack the item in its original packaging, clearly marking the RA number on the outside of the parcel.
- Ship It Back — Send the parcel to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Thesilkco is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Confirmation — Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, Thesilkco will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at thesilkco1122@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
