Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to be updated by the carrier. You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or via the link provided in your email.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Thesilkco is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before completing your order. Thesilkco is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees will apply for re-dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. If your order appears significantly delayed or is marked as lost, please contact us at thesilkco1122@gmail.com

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
